LGBTQI Family Law
Our firm has substantial experience representing LGBTQI clients and providing LGBTQI individuals and couples with legal advice or mediation services on a variety of issues. We are sensitive and knowledgeable about the unique issues LGBTQI individuals and their families may face. The United States Supreme Court made same-sex marriages legal throughout the country in the landmark case of Obergefell v. Hodges. However, the parenting rights of the non-biological/non-adoptive parent, when the child was born to an unmarried same-sex couple, are still in grave jeopardy, especially in Arizona. We support the child’s right to a relationship with both parents in these cases. If you would like this firm’s assistance with any of these issues, please call (520) 322-9003 to make an appointment with one of this firm’s attorneys.
